The 1-star Brian Hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a laidback atmosphere in Amsterdam. If you are backpacking, this is a great place to meet people, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Amsterdam, on the famous Singel Canal, within walking distance to Dam Square, Rembrandt Square, Leidseplein square and all the great restaurants, cafes and coffee shops in the area.
